The first French workshop took place in Blois on 07/09/2010.
Objectives of the workshop was to introduce the trainers of OPCALIA Centre Auvergne Limousin to CQAF and BEQUAL benchmarking tool, as well as to demonstrate them the necessity for helping training organisations managing their Quality Systems. OPCALIA is one of the two most important organisations that finance the training of private companies in France.
OPCALIA Centre Auvergne Limousin is the most important OPCALIA of the network. Its market is composed by 12 French departments and 15 training consultants visit the participating SMEs’ during all the year. Aim of OPCALIA is to show to the managers of the companies the current best practices in vocational training and help them in preparing the training plan of their employees.
15 persons participated in the workshop and all were very interested in the already existing reference systems for quality assurance established from the EU as well as from the concept of the BEQUAL benchmarking tool.
