Compare the pedagogical efficience of teachers for the same course.

Baseline / problem

 

Good practice: (Measures, instruments, criteria, indicators)

After each module, the teacher receives from trainees an appreciation form. At the end of the course, during a meeting beetween the manager and the teacher, we compare the teacher's appreciation by the trainees with that of his colleagues. The manager and the teacher decide together a plan to increase the appreciation. Each month, the teachers can see the evaluation of their colleagues.

Problems and constraints encountered and solutions found:

Teachers have difficulties to imagine that some of them are very highly appreciated and others not. The technical approach is not the only thing that trainees wait from the teachers.
