Brief description of organisation: P&W Praxis und Wissenschaft projekt is a research organisation, specialized on socioeconomic and evaluation research. Besides these core competences the organisation is active in the field of educational development, including e-learning methods. Key staff members were involved in the evaluation of the ESF-support to systems and structures, conducted by IDEC, Piraeus, whereas emphasis was put on systemic and structural impact of the German Learning Regions and the BQF programme. P&W praxis und wissenschaft has coordinated several Leonardo da Vinci projects, for example MAFF (Making Social agencies fit for the future), Lingua-In-City (Innovative Learning in the European City), ICOVET (Informal competencies and their validation) and ICONET (Informal Competences Net).
