The European Training Foundation has recently published the ETF Yearbook 2011, which focuses on the role of social partners in the fields of vocational education and training, lifelong learning and active labour market policies.

The 120 pages yearbook is written by ETF staff and it concentrates on a broad thematic analysis of the role and function of social partnership in VET in partner countries. Through the analysis and reflections on the topics it is expected to facilitate policy learning in EU partner countries.
